Our Experience
43 North Land Surveying has experience in providing Surveying services for Land Development, Homeowners, Utility Companies, and Municipalities. Ron has about 17 years of Land Surveying experience and has been Land Surveying in Idaho for about 10 years. He knows the area and has been the Project Surveyor on some of the Treasure Valley’s biggest projects, like Ten Mile Crossing and Eagle View Landing. He graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2004 with a BS in Civil Engineering and then surveyed in California for about 6 years before moving to the Boise area in 2011.

Locating Property Lines and Property Corner's would be considered a Boundary Survey, and per State code I will file a Record of Survey on the Boundary. Boundary Surveys are usually a couple thousand dollars.
